Basketball star Lamar Odom, who was found unconscious after a drug overdose at a Nevada brothel, will continue his "miraculous" recovery at a new rehab facility, his family said Friday night.
Lamar Odom is out of the hospital, three months after a near-fatal drug overdose at a brothel in Nevada.
"Lamar continues to make remarkable strides and we are asking that you continue to respect our privacy", Mercer, Odom's maternal aunt, said in the statement. She's been very supportive throughout the ordeal and reiterated on Thursday that their situation will not change.
On Wednesday, Kardashian gave an update on Odom's condition.
"The plan is for him to move in the next few days", said the insider.
"He's definitely doing better and better every day which I'm so grateful for", said Kardashian. 'He is a fighter!' Odom played for both the Los Angeles Clippers and Los Angeles Lakers in his career. "He was so happy the kids were there with him for Christmas and they were so happy to be with him".
Only half of the ex-athlete's face could be seen in the photo.
"She is with him now in Houston".
'He has to walk that road by himself, and, most importantly, he has to want to walk that road.
