Singer/songwriter Joy Villa arrived at Sunday night's Grammy Awards with a political objective.

Prior to the start of Grammys 2017, Villa entered the red carpet wearing an all-white voluminous cape and carrying a heart-shaped clutch early in the evening. The gown proclaimed "MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN" on the front, while its back spelled/yelled out "T R U M P".

It's beside the point whether Villa is legitimately a Trump devotee; what matters more is the stack of numbers that her dress debut racked up.

Many saw Villa's action as a direct message to her liberal counterparts who voiced strong opinions at previous award shows against Trump and his divisive policies.

Villa's Wikipedia page was also quickly edited following her appearance, as her name was changed to read, "Joy Angela Villa Trump". She captioned the pic, "Sometimes you just gotta be free to express yourself. thank you to all of my supporters and fellow believers". In January, Donald Trump claimed on Twitter that America's Got Talent alum Jackie Evancho's album sales had also soared after she was confirmed to perform the National Anthem at his presidential inauguration.

The singer explained her controversial look on Instagram.

This is not Villa's first time stepping into controversy, according to the Hollywood Reporter. "I am supporting her bravery on Grammy night for standing for what she believes, whether others agree or not". I'm from the Philippine islands.

In recent years, the starlet has been listed as one of the "Worst Dressed" at the Grammys for her eccentric outfits.

"Thank you I hope you enjoy tonight's @grammysawards2017 and keep in mind to forget your problems and focus on your future! I love it", tweeted one user.

Soriano skirted questions regarding the meat of his political beliefs, but said he is a proud American and believes that he is an example of the American dream.
