Basically, within just a few months of the Galaxy S8's release, it will offer a new facial recognition system that serves as the basis of a mobile payments system.

But, this may not be such good news to Samsung - it is a business, at the end of the day. The phone also has 64 GB/128 GB internal memory that can be expanded to 256 GB via Micro SD card. Even better, the know and reliable leakster has posted the smartphone's price and color variants.

Blass has to his credit several leaks that made it to the announcement stage, the recent one being the confirmation on the European availability of the Nokia 3310 along with its price. In fact, the entire tech community is speculating about Galaxy S8's upcoming price but Evan Blass chose to let us know what the exact price will be. According to the leaker, Samsung is set to increase the asking price of the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus over its 2016 models to €799 and €899 respectively. And, they better be worth it.

The Galaxy S8 handsets will also be available in a variety of colour options as well; more than ever before: gold, silver, bright black (gloss), matte black, blue, orchid, and pink. We now know what colours it will be available in and how much it will cost.

The Galaxy S8's screen size will be 5.8-inch, 2,960 x 1,440 display, while the S8+ will have up to 6.2-inches display. And of course, minimal bezels. The Galaxy S8 in the video has model number SM-G950 and carries the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC on board. Among the usual abilities, Bixby will be capable of recognizing text and real-world objects through the Galaxy S8's camera.

Talking about the front, don't expect the iPhone 8 to completely resemble Samsung's "Edged" Galaxy S and Note devices. The phone is supported by 3,000mAh battery.

There's just over a week to go until Samsung officially unveils the Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus at an event in NY on the 29 March, we should find out more details about the bundled headphones then. Do you feel that the Galaxy S8 will reach the expectations or the hype it has created?
