One police department was able to see humor in 4/20 day today.
A police department in a small Minnesota town is using its Twitter account to have a little fun on 4/20, the date many marijuana users around the world have adopted as their unofficial holiday.
The tweet showed an officer hiding behind a garbage can with a net, closely watching a few bags of chips, a bag of White Castle, a can of Mountain Dew and some video games.
Police Department is at it again with its comical tweets.
The Wyoming Police Department's 4/20 tweet from past year featuring a cardboard box "trap" with Cheetos and Doritos also went viral.
The Tweet reads, "Undercover #420 operations are in place".
For the second year in a row, a police department in Minnesota sent a "warning" to smokers looking to celebrate 4/20.
But they did strike a more serious tone around 9 a.m. Thursday, telling followers: "All jokes aside, substance abuse is a real issue". With that being said, if you need help with substance abuse issues please contact us and we'll find resources.
Undercover #420 stings are underway.
