Singer Harry Styles has delighted United Kingdom fans by announcing a surprise charity gig in the capital on Saturday.
Sonja James Florea pleaded: "Can someone please be my insider for the @Harry_Styles concert tonight, considering the fact that I live in Australia and can't make it???" "And if I want someone to listen to the album and take away anything from it, it's that if you're trying to do something that you love, you should be yourself, and be honest with it, and not try and hide and allow yourself to be vulnerable", Styles says.
The performance comes the day after the One Direction star released his debut solo album, Harry Styles.
"I think it's about, sometimes things change and you can do all of the same things and sometimes it's just different, you know?"
Harry explained, "I mean, I think it's pretty, like, self-explanatory".
The host realized he wasn't getting anywhere with Styles, so he chose to play the track by introducing it as "the one about Taylor Swift".
"2017. Philosopher. London, England", he added.
Styles and Swift reportedly dated between 2012 and 2013.
"My favourite part about playing with this band is that I never really felt repressed, I never felt like I was faking it", he shared about playing with his own band. There's a lot of things that can be right, and it's still wrong. Meeting someone new, sharing those experiences, it's the best sh- ever.
Host Nick Grimshaw said fans had picked up on lyrics referencing "same lips red, same eyes blue" and linked the features to Swift's signature look, in what he described as a "favour" to a clearly uncomfortable Styles.
Harry Styles: Behind The Album will be premiered on Apple Music on Monday May 15.
