Labeouf, 31, was arrested at 4 a.m. Saturday by the Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department and released on a $7,000 bond.
When he wasn't given one, "he became disorderly, using profanities and vulgar language in front of the women and children present". The allegedly drunken star refused, and even began to act aggressively toward the police officer.
When the officer attempted to take LaBeouf into custody, he ran into a hotel lobby. In January, he was arrested in NY after police said he got in a scuffle with a man at his own art exhibit.
In 2014 he was arrested after disturbing a performance of the musical Cabaret on Broadway in NY, which led to him pleading guilty to a disorderly conduct violation and receiving outpatient care for addiction.
LaBeouf, who besides acting has been involved in publicity-garnering performance art ventures, has had three other arrests in recent years. That time around, LaBeouf was busted for driving drunk in West Hollywood. Back in January, LaBeouf was taken into custody after getting into an altercation with a Trump supporter in New York City. Details of his arrest have yet to be revealed and his reps aren't responding to requests for comment. As part of his 2014 plea agreement, Shia was to undergo alcohol treatment.
