Siti Aisyah and Doan Thi Huong are on trial for allegedly smearing poison VX on Kim Jong Nam's face at Kuala Lumpur International Airport on Feb 13, AFP said.
Earlier, Raja told the court that chemical tests on Kim Jong Nam's belongings, such as his bag and jacket, also found traces of VX.
"I found VX nerve agent precursors on a "LOL" shirt's sleeve and Siti's sleeve", he said during the examination-in-chief by deputy public prosecutor Wan Shaharudin Wan Ladin.
The first half focuses on the assassination of Kim Jong-Nam on February 13 of this year, nearly certainly by his younger half-brother Kim Jong-Un, the current "supreme leader" of that odd nation.
Both women have pleaded not guilty to murder and said they thought they were playing a harmless prank for a hidden-camera show, with Aisyah saying she was paid £73 to do it.
Nik said he injected Kim with atropine, a standard procedure to boost slow heart rates, and said he did not know at the time that it is also a treatment for counteracting VX and other nerve agents.
Kim Jong-Nam was the eldest son of the previous "supreme leader", Kim Jong-Il, and was once considered a likely successor.
Under cross-examination by defense lawyers, Mohamad Shah acknowledged he had limited knowledge of VX and nerve agents in general.
Dr Raja said pure VX, in its physical form, is colourless, odourless and tasteless.
On the least sensitive areas, such as the palm, where larger amounts of tissue and fat deposits block absorption, Raja said an individual would have up to 15 minutes to wash off the nerve poison with running water.
"We need the devices to detect VX nerve agent", he said, when Wan Shaharudin asked if airports in Malaysia had the devices to detect VX nerve agent.
Kim died an agonising death within 20 minutes of being attacked with a chemical so deadly it is listed as a weapon of mass destruction.
Leading Kim Jong-un responded via North Korea's state media, saying: "I will surely and definitely tame the mentally deranged USA dotard with fire".
There have been a number of suggestions for resolving this crisis, including military strikes on North Korea's nuclear facilities, more severe economic punishment, the forging of a protective nuclear agreement between China and North Korea similar to those between the United States and South Korea and Japan, a real enforcement of the Non-Proliferation Treaty by all nuclear weapons states not to expand their arsenals, and ending annual U.S.
His testimony is the first evidence directly linking the women to the poison VX which was used to kill Kim Jong-Nam as he waited at a crowded airport in the Malaysian capital Kuala Lumpur.
"There's a clarity of goal in what Kim Jong Un has done", CNN news quoted Yong Suk Lee, who discussed the escalating tensions between North Korea and the United States during a conference organised by the agency at George Washington University. This came after Raja told the court it would be safer to view the samples in the lab because the VX may still be active.
Dr Raja who had conducted analysis on the victim's blazer also said he found concentrated VX on it.
"I'm pretty sure they're going to do an ICBM test", Klingner said.
