The leaks had reportedly come from a Reddit user named Mnemosynaut, who revealed that Reaper, Mei, Zanyatta, and Symmetra will all have skins up for grabs. While there are a lot of great new skins on offer, the fandom has already been freaking out over Symmetra's Halloween skin that depicts her as a dragon. So if you've been saving up coins to get the Witch Mercy that we know you didn't get past year (trust me, I didn't either), here's your chance to snag it on sale. Is this some kind of a story developing or is it random decorations just to fit the event?
We don't know right now when the event will end, however, as all we had to go on in the Halloween Terror 2017 trailer above was the start date of October 10. The developer also brought back the items offered previous year and they are available in the new Halloween loot boxes.
When is Overwatch's Halloween Terror event?
Some Overwatch fans will remember the Junkenstein's Revenge promotion that was launched past year.
The Overwatch Halloween Terror begins tonight, after the update to the game is done bringing back the Junkenstein's Revenge PvE mode and a bag full of new cool skins.
There are more than 50 new skins that you can access on the game this coming Halloween. These items will only be available through the duration of the event. There are a number of other cosmetic items available for Overwatch gamers this Halloween, including the aforementioned skins, voice lines, emotes, highlight intros and more.
Another Reaper skin for Halloween, is that suppose to be a ski mask?
"Now Junkenstein plans his revenge against the Lord of Adlersbrunn, and only four heroes stand in the way". The player who survives longest will have the chance to earn a spot on the Endless Night leaderboard.
Stay tuned for more info about the event throughout the day.
