Hardly the thing you'd expect from one of the world's most prestigious luxury sports auto makers, but enter the Aston Martin Vanquish and Volante Ultimate - complete with Rose Gold trim. The special models will round-off production of the second generation Vanquish, marking the end of the naturally-aspirated era at Aston Martin. This means the Vanquish S Ultimate will have 595 bhp routed through an 8-speed Touchtronic III automatic transmission.
Limited to just 175 cars worldwide, the Ultimate edition is available in Coupe or Volante form and is available in a choice of three exterior colour schemes which have been thoughtfully crafted by the Aston Martin design team.
Irrespective of the theme, there are extra details that are also unique to the Vanquish S Ultimate. These include must have items such as carbon fibre side strakes featuring rose gold "Ultimate" decals, carbon fibre treadplates and an "Ultimate" sill plaque.
The first of the three available Designer Themes is described as "monochrome", featuring Ultimate Black exterior paint with Copper Bronze outlining the front air intake, side sills and rear diffuser. They are also specifically mixed with an appropriate interior appearance - Obsidian Black with Chestnut Tan, Phantom Grey with Electron Yellow and Spectral Blue, as well as Chestnut Tan with Obsidian Black.

Orders are now being taken, with the Coupe costing from £211,995 and the Volante costing from £233,995. The Gaydon-based carmaker has started taking booking for the Ultimate series with deliveries promised for first-quarter of 2018. The interior is similar to that of the first designer theme, but with Chestnut Tan as the main interior color and Obsidian Black making up the accents and stitching. Yellow brake calipers and gloss black 5-spoke alloys further set this design apart from the rest. The second theme is Sport Line, which paints the auto Zenon Grey and adds Cobalt Blue graphics, with yellow and blue accents contrasting Phantom Grey leather inside.
The third and last of the designer themes features a White Gold lacquer and Bronze highlights.
To this effect, customers can "mix and match" each exterior design to an interior of their choosing.
