The West Virginia University women's soccer team, ranked No. 7 nationally, will host second- and third-round NCAA Tournament matches this weekend in Morgantown.
Tickets for the NCAA second round match, priced at $10 for reserved chairback seats and $5 for general admission/berm seating, will go on sale to the general public on Wednesday at noon ET and can be purchased online here, by phone at 502-GO-CARDS or in person through the Louisville Cardinals Ticket Office at Papa John's Cardinal Stadium.
This marks the first trip to the NCAA tournament for UNO since the men's soccer program was started in 2011.
The full 48-team bracket can be found here from the NCAA. Wake Forest was seeded No. 1 and followed by No. 3 North Carolina, No. 4 Louisville, No. 6 Duke, No. 8 Clemson, No. 11 Virginia and No. 12 Notre Dame.
The Spartans have lost only one game at DeMartin Stadium in the last two seasons.
The Irish are 18-17-2 (.514) all-time in NCAA Championship play, which includes a 17-13-2 record under Clark.
Wisconsin earned a home match during the first round of the NCAA Championship on the strength of a 10-4-5 record, most recently drawing 0-0 with No. 2 seed IN and claiming the Big Ten tournament championship 4-2 IN penalty kicks on November 12. The Spartans advanced to the Elite Eight that season before being edged by Providence, 3-2, in East Lansing. The 2017 NCAA College Cup will be contested on December 8 (national semifinals) and December 10 (national final) at Talen Energy Stadium in Philadelphia, live on ESPN2. The Panthers' hold an 11-1-4 record with its lone loss coming in the Conference USA tournament.
