The brunette beauty was extremely emotional, Thursday night, while accepting her "Woman of the Year" Billboard award in Hollywood. She went on to say, "Honestly, I couldn't be more grateful for the position I've been given in my career from 7 to 14 to now". "She [saved my life]", Gomez said. "It feels good to be able to share my story the way I want to".
"I would like to thank my incredible team and family because they stuck with me through some really hard times", Gomez, who suffers from lupus, continued.

She recently called time on her romance with the fellow musician but she has revealed there's no love lost between them as they still maintain a "true friendship" and "genuinely care" for one another.
