A video shot by a bystander shows comedian Hannibal Buress being arrested Saturday night by Miami Police.

A video of the incident posted on YouTube shows a handcuffed Buress standing up against a cop vehicle with two police officers standing directly in front of him.

"I am under arrest?"

He continues to yell at the officers and asks why they're "detaining him", and finally, the policeman says for "trespassing".

'Explain what I'm detained for.

The cops responded with "trespassing" and the standoff continued as another man can be heard asking the cops what property was Buress trespassing on and who called 911 on him.

The officers arrested the comedian and "Broad City" actor around 10:30 p.m.in the Wynwood neighborhood, where many Art Basel art fair events were taking place, according to the Miami Herald.

According to TMZ, Buress was booked by cops in South Florida after confronting the officers in public. He was released early Sunday morning after posting a $500 bond.

If you listen closely to the video, Buress does have the last word.

He gained prominence in 2014 for his routine on Bill Cosby's sexual assault accusations, which put those allegations into the national spotlight.

Sunday afternoon Buress tweeted a gif of himself from the Adult Swim program "The Eric Andre Show" in an apparent response to the arrest.

Buress is known for his stand-up comedy and guest spots on movies and shows, including "Spiderman: Homecoming" and "Baywatch".
