Jeffery was signed in March by the Eagles on a one-year, $14 million contract to become Wentz's primary target and a big weapon in the QB's second season as starting quarterback.
Jeffery, 27, will receive $52 million over four years with $27 million guaranteed, according to a league source, and the total value could reach $56 million with incentives.
"Like I said the other day, I love it here", Jeffery said in a team-issued statement. "We have a great group here and I'm excited to be a part of it". He has five touchdowns in the past four games and has been a major asset as the Eagles'No.
Alshon Jeffery took a major bet on himself by signing a one-year deal with the Philadelphia Eagles and that bet has paid off.
"First of all I just want to thank Jeffrey Lurie and the entire Eagles organization", Jeffrey said in a statement obtained by ESPN.
Jeffery has 43 catches for 619 yards and seven touchdowns in 2017 and has starred alongside Carson Wentz as the Eagles are off to a 10-1 start.
The Eagles lead the National Football League with a 10-1 record and play at Seattle (7-4) on Sunday. "We are excited about his future here". The six year veteran passed up on a long-term deal with the Minnesota Vikings to play a season in Philadelphia.
