On Tuesday night, a drunk man slapped Harvey Weinstein in the face at an Arizona restaurant.

Steve had gone up to Weinstein, 65, earlier in the evening and asked him to take a photo, but Weinstein declined, a restaurant manager told TMZ. Weinstein opted not to call the police following the incident.

"Get the f*** out of here", the man says in the video.

According to TMZ, Weinstein was dining with his sober coach at Elements restaurant at the Sanctuary Camelback Mountain resort in Scottsdale Arizona when two men sat at a table adjacent to his. Both sat back down, and Steve admitted to TMZ that he then had "quite a bit to drink" and made a decision to have his friend film him as he approached Weinstein again.

Steve said to the website he "had quite a bit to drink" and asked his friend to record a video of Steve confronting Weinstein. TMZ said the restaurant's manager disputes this claim.

Initial reports stated that Steve tried to "punch" Weinstein, but neither of the blows landed.

Weinstein reportedly is undergoing rehab at the exclusive Meadows center in Wickenburg, Arizona.

The restaurant manager claims Weinstein dodged two punches and nearly fell over as he stepped back.

Weinstein has been accused of sexual harassment and assault more than 82 women, including Hollywood actresses Rose McGowan, Asia Argento, Ashley Judd, Salma Hayek and more.

Gwyneth Paltrow and Angelina Jolie both came forward, sharing their own experiences with Weinstein, saying that the powerful movie producer sexually harassed them.

Weinstein has vehemently denied all allegations of non-consensual sex.

Weinstein is now under investigation by New York, Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, and London authorities.
