Over lunch with her bud Diaz, Blair said she floated the idea of filming a sequel to "Sweetest Thing", the 2002 rom-com in which they co-starred.
It appears Cameron Diaz has hung up her acting shoes. "She's like 'I'm done'".
She explained: "I mean, she doesn't need to make any more films".
The blonde beauty made her most-recent movie appearance in 2014's "Annie", and since tying the knot with Benji in 2015, she's rejected a number of lucrative offers to return to the business.
After reportedly saying in an interview that Diaz was retiring from acting to spend more time with her husband, Benji Madden, Blair took to Twitter on Monday to clarify her comments. "I need to make myself whole".
It'd be a shame if she did indeed step away from the limelight, but who knows, maybe there might be script that's just too good to turn down.
Cameron has shied away from the spotlight after marrying rocker Benji back in 2015 with reports past year even suggesting they were planning to adopt a baby.
The actress has played some pretty iconic characters in her time, including Natalie in Charlie's Angels, Mary in There's Something About Mary and who could forget the scene in The Holiday where she breaks out into song when she plays 'Mr. She received Golden Globe nominations for her performance in There's Something About Mary and received Supporting Actress nominations for her dramatic turns in Vanilla Sky and Gangs of NY, and in the comically freaky Being John Malkovich.
Though we would really love to see her again - wouldn't you???
