Efforts to get the state government to react last night proved abortive as calls pulled through the mobile number of the Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Kehinde Bamigbetan, were not pick and his Justice counterpart, Adeniji kazeem was unsuccessful as several phone call attempts rang out and messages sent were not replied.
Earlier, the Commissioner of Police in the state, Imohimi Edgal, said there would be temporary road closure and diversions in some areas.

Mr Edgal, who addressed the briefing alongside heads of security and emergency agencies in the state, said, "To ensure smooth, security-free visit of the President, we would need to do some diversions".
He advised motorists, commercial bus operators and commercial motorcycle riders to observe road diversions or use alternative routes. "I recognize the post of the state government in the reforming and making of transport process better and available to the people", he said.
Buhari said the Ikeja Bus Terminal, which projected to change the narrative of transportation in the state will boost job creation, enhance commercial activities and improve the condition of living of Lagosians.
