OnePlus 6 in a new "Coral Blue" colour version has also been leaked in a poster. Seeing how OnePlus advertises its phones as "flagship killers", it would be smart for the company to match those ratings with the OnePlus 6. The company, last month confirmed that OnePlus 6 will be a fast phone - hinting at Qualcomm's fastest processor right now - the Snapdragon 845.
OnePlus is either the master of buzz marketing or the worst at keeping secrets about upcoming models, because there is nearly nothing we don't already know about the OnePlus 6, the next big thing from the Chinese smartphone manufacturer. In the OnePlus 6, the Alert Slider has been repositioned to the right edge of the phone from its earlier position on the left side. Based of speculations, OnePlus 6 could be the company's most expensive smartphone yet and could compete with Samsung Galaxy S9 as well iPhone X which makes water and dust resistance on OnePlus 6 essential. OnePlus confirmed that the phone will feature the oft-maligned display notch that could look like the Oppo R15 Pro's. The video teaser doesn't reveal any additional details about the phone. OnePlus further added that they hate this as well, and this can only mean one thing, OnePlus 6 is indeed going to be a water resistant smartphone.
Modern flagship smartphones feature some sort of IP rating for water and dust resistance, with IP67 and IP68 being the most common.
In terms of optics, the OnePlus 6 will apparently flaunt a dual rear camera setup featuring a 20MP sensor and another 16MP sensor. This is as per tested in laboratory conditions.
Once again, no low-light camera samples have been shared by Pete Lau, but the outdoor samples showcase excellent light and colors, with realistic output.
What the clip doesn't tell us is when the phone will be unveiled, or when it'll hit stores.
There's a portrait shot of tulips among the samples, which has a natural looking bokeh effect to it.
