A United Airlines flight attendant is now being "held out of service" after a passenger claimed the employee was "drunk or stoned" during a flight Thursday. "Drunk or stoned stewardess endangered everybody's lives", tweeted a passenger after exiting the plane.
According to KPRC, one passenger shared photos of the employee accused of inappropriate behavior beginning shortly after boarding the Trans States Airlines jet in Denver. Gorman said she spoke to the pilot and told him "they had an out of control attendant".
However, officers confirmed she was drunk and passed the case onto the FBI to investigate further.
It said reports of erratic behavior were being investigated and the flight attendant is being held off the job.

United said in a statement that it was refunding customers their airfare as a "gesture of goodwill".
Following the incident, on Thursday, a spokeswoman for United in an emailed statement said that the airline apologized "for any inconvenience or distress this may have caused".
The crew member, who has not been identified, was not arrested upon landing but has been removed from service while an investigation is underway.
United apologized for the "concerning incident", and seemingly put the blame on regnal service provider Trans States Airlines.
