Samsung launches many of its budget offerings in countries including India, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.
The Galaxy Note 9 likely won't be too different to the Galaxy Note 8. Samsung might be planning to launch Galaxy S10 with in-display fingerprint scanner and 3D face sensing technology.
As it stands, Samsung's Exynos chips are only found in Galaxy phones in certain parts of the world and select Meizu smartphones (Samsung's only client right now). As per a report published by The Korea Herald, Samsung is pushing its production line of next flagship phones that were still a month away from the assembly line.
Samsung fans will be happy to hear that the company will be releasing their Galaxy Note 9 ahead of schedule this year. No longer are they glorified pedometers; they're much more than that. However, on paper at least, the OnePlus 6 seems to edge out the Galaxy S9 in a number of areas (though to be fair it did launch three months later). Samsung claims its current flagships are 37% faster than the iPhone X, 17% faster than the Google Pixel 2, and 38% faster than the Galaxy S7.

This comes after the Korean giant is rumored to announce a foldable smartphone next year during MWC.
Samsung normally uses Tizen processor for devices with 1GB RAM, however, that is only optimized for smartphones that don't run Android. An early release of the next generation of smart devices might be just what the company needs to get back into the good graces of the consumers.
