Los Angeles police are investigating the allegations, but no charges have been filed, Allred said.
One of the victims, identified only as Jane Doe, is now being represented by Gloria Allred, a feared women's rights attorney.
In the suit, which was filed Wednesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court and obtained by ABC News, the woman is listed only as Jane Doe. "And our client Jane Doe has been severely traumatized by what she was forced to suffer". "Plaintiff believes that the drugs Brown provided to his guests or that were brought by his guests were or included cocaine, 'Molly, ' and marijuana". He gave the plaintiff a pill filled with white powder, but she did not swallow it, fearing he wanted her and the other female guests to become intoxicated and vulnerable to sex acts, the suit states.
Afterward, she details, she took a shower, only to be confronted by Grissom.
But it reportedly did not stop there, as she claimed she was again raped by Grissom.
At the studio, Lowell snatched the victim's cellphone away and refused to return it, telling her the "Run It!" rapper "did not want anyone to have their phones in the studio", the suit says.
When she arrived, "Brown refused to open the gate and denied the police access onto his property".
Doe only discovered the woman was on her period when she went to the bathroom and saw blood all over her face. From there, things took a turn for the worse.
The events that then transpired, according to the lawsuit, are true to Allred's warning.
It is alleged she was guided into a bedroom under the guise of being allowed to use her phone, but another person pushed a couch in front of a door to prevent people from leaving. She went on to explain how the man who forced her into the room also forced other women to have sex with Brown himself, and another man, Grissom. Doe X, who was menstruating, also made the plaintiff orally copulate her while Lo inappropriately touched her, according to the lawsuit.
Doe went to a rape treatment center and reported the alleged assault to police, the suit states. The first invitation was to a recording studio, where Doe was forced to relinquish her cellphone, according to the filing.
The unnamed accuser is seeking general and specific damages for the alleged sexual assaults, including up to $50,000 in civil penalties.
Brown's attorney did not immediately respond to Fox News' request for comment.
This incident allegedly occurred just two days after Brown was ordered by a judge to stay away from his ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran who accused him of domestic violence.
Gloria Allred's lawsuit alleges that on or about February 23, 2017 and into the early hours of February 24, 2017, her client attended a concert at a venue called One Oak.
