The 6-foot, 210-pound Randle was arrested at 3:45 a.m.in his hometown of Wichita, Kansas.
During his brief time with the Dallas Cowboys, Joseph Randle did well and was tapped in his final season as the starting running back, but his behavior outside the stadium made him a liability for the team.
The troubled Randle was arrested a half-dozen times in a 17-month span 2015 and 2016.

Randle also is due for sentencing in another felony case on October 9, according to The Wichita Eagle.
February 21, 2016: Arrested after allegedly ramming partygoers with a vehicle after a dispute playing beer pong.
He was released from the team in November 2015 and suspended by the National Football League for violating conduct. He wasn't charged with domestic violence even though his girlfriend said he threatened her friend with a gun. It said he then backed his auto into some of the partygoers.
But he's spent most of the past two years in jail, with occasional stints in a state mental hospital, according to the Associated Press. The AP reported that Randle was released on probation in June under a plea agreement that allowed prosecutors to seek to put him in prison if he got in trouble again.
